PROCLAIM THE GOSPEL
We will direct our resources to enable all parishioners
to grasp the meaning of the Good News of Jesus Christ as developed in
the Roman Catholic Church following the Second Vatican Council.
PROMOTE ACTIVE WORSHIP
We will work to make parish worship an expression of
Christian community, a source of unity for all believers, and a focus of
our prayer and praise of God.
BUILD CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY
In a ministry of love to all parishioners, we will work to overcome
obstacles and divisions which alienate persons of special needs or
circumstances. We believe in strengthening the family life of our
parish by committing ourselves to come together as a larger parish
family. We will strive to work ecumenically with local churches
and the diocese toward achieving common understanding, friendship, and a
larger sense of basic Christian community.
WITNESS THE GOSPEL THROUGH SERVICE
In an effort to promote service to others, we will strive to identify
the most pressing needs. Where injustice and discrimination exist,
we will seek to bring Christian love, human dignity, and genuine
opportunity.
