WOMEN OF LOURDES

The Women of Lourdes is open to all
ladies of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. Our meetings are held in the
Social Hall on the first Wednesdays of each month (except June, July and
August) at 1:00 p.m. Our dues are 45.00 a year.
Some of the activities e do include
funeral dinners, receptions, luncheons, furnish the Hosts for Mass,
Altar Cloths, Priest's Vestments, Altar Server robes and monthly nursing
home teas. We send cards to parishioners on various occasions.
We give financially to St. Stanislaus Tri-Parish School, St. Gertrude's
Monastery, Snake River Community Clinic and Chirstmas Connections.
We furnish things needed for the kitchen and help if there is a special
need in the parish.
Our fundraisers include Spring Plant and
rummage Sale, Palm Sunday Baked Food Sale and the Baked Food, Raffle and
Christmas Craft Sale in November.
We welcome all the ladies for fellowship,
learning and service. We continue to look optimistically toward
the future and thank Our Lord for blessings on our efforts.
